YOU NEED R.E.S.T!

Many people work tirelessly but fail to take time off to rest. They are overburdened with the issues of life. So Jesus said "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you REST." (Matt. 11:28). B...ut the R.E.S.T am presenting to you today is one I discovered in Psalm 37:1-7 and the key words are Relax.Enjoy.Submit.Trust. "Don't worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong(relax). For like grass, they soon fade away. Like spring flowers, they soon wither.... Take delight in the Lord(enjoy), and He will give you your heart's desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord(submit). Trust Him, and He will help you(trust)." This is how am proposing we R.E.S.T. No matter your burden, you can have rest. "REST in the Lord and wait patiently for Him: (Ps. 37:7). Please RELAX, ENJOY yourself in the Lord, SUBMIT everything you do to Him and TRUST that He shall make it good. Just R.E.S.T! @ABTruworshipa
