Someone may be wondering, where from this? It may sound unimaginable but it is very possible. The devil is not concerned about how many times you fast and pray in a week, or how many Bible verses you can memorize. He is in to steal, kill and destroy your worship too. Because He knows God is glorified whenever you worship Him. He would therefore offer you a pleasant proposal intended to deceive you. But never trade your worship for temporal worldly pleasures.
Scripture: Matt. 4:8,9 "Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and THEIR GLORY. "I will give it all to you, he said, "if you will kneel down and worship me." But John 1:14b says "...And we have seen HIS GLORY, THE GLORY of the Father's one and only Son." If Jesus already had glory what again was the devil going to give Him? The devil has nothing good to offer. Beware!
