Prov. 28:13 "People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy." A sister shared her story with me and it inspired me to write today's devotional. No matter what she has gone through, she is still standing. The fact that you have faced a lot of challenges this year is no justification for you to stay down. God is fully aware you have had those shortcomings but He still has your name in His palms.
God wouldn't invest so much in a person for the devil to cunningly take him or her away from Him. The problem is that, when people feel they don't measure up, they run away from church and others who could be of help to them. They get out of the protective covering and then the enemy hits them full impact. Simply admit where you fell short, confess it to your loving father. He is full of compassion and ready to pardon. He loves you so much, He won't allow you to slip through His fingers. He's got your back. Open up to Him now! @ABTruworshipa
