Isaiah 40:31 "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength..". Waiting may not be pleasurable but when it is on the Lord at the end it is always worth it. Whether it is waiting in a restaurant for your order or in a queue; waiting can be hard. But it is even more difficult when you have waited for so long and don't even know when your request shall be granted.
For instance when you place an order at a restaurant, you may be given an idea of when it would be ready. It is the same when you stand in a queue at a bus station. You may be informed when the buses might come in. But when God tells you to wait, it may not come with a specific waiting period, and thats the part that makes it difficult. But after one has been able to go through this waiting period, they receive enough strength to go through the rest of the journey ahead. Waiting may be painful, but it pays in full when you do. Learn to wait, especially on the Lord. @ABTruworshipa
