GOD HAS A TATTOO?

Title: God has a tattoo?
Scripture: Isaiah 49:16, NLT

 "See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. Always in my mind is a picture of Jerusalem's walls in ruins."

 It would be hard for God to forget about you once He has your name written in His palms. Its so amazing how concerned He is about us, and we sometimes fail to see. Look at another version: "Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; (O Zion) your walls are continually before Me."(AMP)

God has your concern and well-being at heart. Your thoughts have filled His mind; and they are thoughts of good not evil. He doesn't just know you; He also knows you by name. You are constantly on His mind, because your name is engraved in His palms. Whenever He opens His hands to do anything or release any blessing, He sees your name boldly written (like a tattoo), then He makes you taste of His goodness. If God would ever be accused of having a tattoo, then it would be a picture of you-His special one!

"When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? And the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour."(Ps. 8:3-7).

 Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the extent to which God loves us. Behold what manner of love the father has given unto us. That we should be called the sons of God! His love for you is unsearchable and He hides you in his bossom never to be harmed. He proves His love by having your name written in His palms. But even come to think of it, how can he write in his palms since he is a Spirit? But this is not to be taken literally, because some people would want to do their own things and justify it. Don't be misled. God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth! You're special to God and He has you on His mind. And thats all that matters.
