Isaiah 43:2 "When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you." I feel personally responsible to encourage someone like I know how. The Lord knows that at some point in our lives certain challenges would confront us that may try to overcome us. So we need assurance that He is with us.
Look at the various circumstances presented: Deep waters, rivers of difficulty, fire of oppression. Whichever one you may be in now, He says "I am with you alway". In the deep waters, God was with Jonah in the belly of the whale. On the rivers of difficulty, Jesus commanded the storms to be still. In the fire of oppression, as the three hebrew friends were in the furnace, God was the fourth person in there. Your story is not any different. For He is the same unchangeable God. What are you faced with? He is right there with you. Fear not.@ABTru-worshipa
