ARE YOU A TRUE WORSHIPER?

"A true worshiper may be seen (physically) standing, but in the spirit he may be on his knees."

Don’t judge someone simply because you might not see them going through the motions as you may be doing. It is good if they do, but don’t think they are not worshipping any better, simply by what you see. The most important thing is the state of the heart; whether totally surrendered or completely devoted to God. A lot of people do so many things in the name of worship, but the question is how do you know one's worship is acceptable?

It is not about the songs we sing, the instruments we play, the artiste on the bill, but more than that- it is a life we live! 

For if the life is not pleasing to God, the worship from that life will also be unacceptable. Before our worship can be acceptable and pleasing unto God, our life must as well be presented and offered as living sacrifices...

True worship is authenticated by a life of submission to the instructions of a father who is seeking for those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. Your obedience can not be compromised neither can it be substituted with or by any activity.

Obedience is key and it is preferred by God than many amount of sacrifices we may want to offer. Not just a song; not another adlib. Neither is it a flip or a high pitch. Anything we do must come from our heart. Anything less is waste of time. Your true worship goes beyond the songs you do. It is the music of the heart, that comes from a life totally surrendered to God.

Lord make me a true worshiper indeed!
