RISEN MENTALITY (2)

RUN TO WIN! "Don't you realise that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! So i run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing". (1 Cor. 9:24 & 26, NLT) I ever wonder if any olympic athlete has competed without the goal of winning a medal, at least a bronze. Purpose is that which keeps us going in difficult moments, and staying faithful to God is the winning formula. In this race all can win and the struggle is against our adversary (Satan). The prize a crown of righteousness. "I have fought a good fight, i have finished the race, and i have remained faithful. And now the prize awaits me - the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of His return..." (2 Tim. 4:7-8, NLT) The righteous Judge expects us to be right with Him. Its time to look inward again, what are the things that so easily entangles you? Those very little sins are making you slow.
