(Romans 6:6,14a, NLT) Today's chosen text is quite a common one but has a very important lesson to teach. Did you KNOW? It is said that knowledge is power. There are times that we are caught up in a grueling dream only to wake up suddenly and feel relieved because you know it was just a dream. Oh such a relief. Same is the knowledge that Paul brings to us, that with Christ risen, we are risen above sin and its grip. Not that sin has disappeared in our lives but rather we rise above it. "Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you live by its dictates, you will die..." (Romans 8:12-13, NLT) Now you KNOW!
