Proverbs 10:19 "In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise (KJV). "Too much talk leads to sin. Be sensible and keep your mouth shut."(NLT). It is unusual for one to be a constant talker without committing sin and defaming the character of someone. The control of the tongue is a show of wisdom. "A truly wise person uses few words; a person with understanding is even-tempered. Even fools are thought wise when they keep silent; with their mouth shut, they seem intelligent. (Prov. 17:28, NLT)
This is a simple truth; in the multitude of words, mistakes are inevitable. Learn to listen more and speak less, for your wisdom or foolishness could be determined by how much you say. Someone said "Silence is golden" and I think at this point, I cant agree any less. Your mouth has an upper and lower lip; God intended them to be shut sometimes. Today I want to be a man of few words. And I believe you want to do same? Bless you. @ABTru-worshipa.
